Adoption Ministry

Adoption class to offer step-by-step guidance

If only 7% of the 2 billion Christians in the world
would care for a single orphan or child in distress,
there would be no more orphans.

St. Luke's UMC Adoption MinistrySince ministry advocate Amy Bezecny knows the struggles and rewards of adoption first hand, she worries that many individuals and families hesitate to even start the process.

"People think adoption is too complicated and often stop at the first hurdle, not realizing the rewards that would await them at the moment they add a new family member," says Amy. "Adoption is such a wonderful opportunity for so many reasons, I want everyone who has ever even considered adoption to know that information, encouragement and support are going to be plentiful for all who participate in the upcoming 7-week Adoption Discovery class."

Adoption Facts
