The St. Luke’s Nursery offers welcoming, loving and safe childcare for members and visitors of St. Luke’s United Methodist Church while they worship with us on Sunday and participate in church functions throughout the week.
There are three components to the St. Luke’s Nursery:
St. Luke’s employs a loving, responsible and well-trained childcare staff. Annually they are certified by the American Heart Association in CPR and First Aid. They also participate in continuing education classes in child development, safety, and sanitation, among others.
We feel privileged to care for your most precious blessing. We will do all that we can to care for, teach, and love your child. Our goal is to provide a secure and happy environment for you and your child so that each of you might grow in the love of Jesus Christ. We want you to feel welcome and a part of our program through the people and activities that God has placed in this ministry area. Children are an important part of the life and ministry of St. Luke’s. Just as Jesus received, accepted and blessed children, we seek to do the same.
Jesus said, “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these.” Mark 10:14
“Children are a gift from God.” Psalm 127:3
