Join the Senior Adults for a Day Trip to Sea Center Texas in Lake Jackson. Our first stop will be the Visitors Center where we will see  interpretative displays, a “touch tank,” and aquariums depicting native Texas Habitats. Following our time at the Visitors Center, we will have a guided tour of the Marine Hatchery and Nature Center. Sea Center Texas was established through a partnership with The Dow Chemical Corporation, the Coastal Conservation Association, and US Fish and Wildlife Services. After our tour, we will travel do Surfside, right near the water, for a lunch feast at the famous Red Snapper Inn. (Just so you will know, the restaurant is known for many other specialties besides seafood.)

Cost for the trip is $2, which will be donated to Sea Center Texas.  Lunch is “on your own” at Red Snapper Inn. Call Kathy Neely, 713-402-5139, to reserve your place….the bus is filling up, so don’t wait!
