reVision is hosting a Freedom School this Summer!

Freedom School is a program of the Children's Defense Fund that helps children gain greater self-esteem and promote a more positive attitude towards learning. Through this exciting program, we hope to inspire and empower kids to fall in love with learning.

We need volunteers! Here's how you can help:

  • Breakfast Assistant. Provide hospitality and assistance to kids as they arrive and get their breakfast. 7:45 am-8:30 am, one day per week or more.
  • Morning Classroom Assistant. Work with a classroom of 10 students, assisting the Servant Leader Intern. 9 am-noon, one day per week or more.
  • Lunch Assistant. Provide hospitality and assistance to kids as they get their lunch. 12 pm-1 pm, one day per week or more.
  • Afternoon Assistant. Assist Servant Leader Interns in afternoon activities, including Bible School, recreational activities, and field trips. 1 pm-3 pm, one day per week or more.
