Student Ministries

Student Ministry & Sports

Basketball (Senior High Open Gym)

Our basketball ministry is conducted in order to create a safe place to play ball and build community with other high school students from all over Houston. Join us at St. Luke’s UMC as we worship God together through our bodies by playing basketball. Sunday Nights: 5:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. (starting September 25).

UCAL Sports

St. Luke’s hosts baseball, soccer, volleyball and basketball teams in the UCAL (United Church Athletic League) sports league. Teams include players with ranging from kindergarten through 12th grade. The St. Luke’s teams play other church teams such as St. John’s, River Oaks Baptist, West University Methodist and AOS.
