Veritas is St. Luke's newest choir, founded in summer 2006. This is a choir for men, and we lead our Sunday worship services on a monthly basis. Rehearsals are Wednesday evenings from 6:00 - 7:00 p.m. in room B243. Veritas is directed by Sid Davis; for more information, contact Sid at 713-402-5021.
About our Choir
As Veritas is a fairly new choir at St. Luke's, we're building traditions together as we grow. We sing in worship at the 8:30 and 9:45 a.m. services on the last Sunday of each month (with a summer break). There are no robes to wear, rather, we don dark slacks and navy blazers for performing, complete with a 'Veritas tie'.
Rehearsals are on Wednesday evenings from 6:00 to 7:00 pm in room B243, and there is always room for more singers. We welcome you to come join us! Please contact Sid at the above e-mail addresses if you have any questions about being a part of Veritas.
