Children In Music
Psalm 108:1 My heart is steadfast, O God, my heart is steadfast; I will sing and make melody. Awake, my soul!
Children ranging in age from infants through the 5th grade have several opportunities to participate in music programs at St. Luke's. Leadership for these singing and ringing groups is provided by Leah King, Coordinator of Children in Music, Jane Long and Katy Cuddihee.
For more information about making music with your children, please contact Leah at 713-402-5028.
SongPlay!
SongPlay! is a musical experience with an eye to the neuropsychological development of young children from birth through preschool. This group meets with their parents at various times during the school year.
For upcoming opportunities to register, watch for announcements on this page. Tuition is $90 for St. Luke's members, $100 for others.
Summer SongPlay will take place at 10 a.m. each Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, beginning July 7 through August, in room R-21. Registration is now open, and because classes fill up quickly, do register right away; your space will be reserved by receipt of tuition. Tuition is $90 for St. Luke’s members and $100 for others. E-mail Leah King at lking@stlukes-hou.org for a registration form, or for more information.

SundaySing! rehearsal time is spent learning music to sing in our church services, where we offer leadership in worship about once a month. Besides working on music, we play games together and have a very good time! Watch for announcements below for the latest news about SundaySing!
