Embracing the Challenge; the Model of St. Paul

Did you think the Christian life would be easy? It isn't.
Have you ever wanted to choose the path of least resistance, or "go along to get along?" St. Paul didn't make that choice.
Do you ever want to give up? St. Paul wanted to, but never did.
Do you make the choice to face challenges, or do you shy away? Paul showed us a life that is all about embracing them.
Throughout the summer of 2008, the people of St. Luke's United Methodist Church will be taking a journey through the life of St. Paul. Every Sunday, beginning June 1, and ending August 31, we will work our way through Paul's life and ministry, and see what we might learn from following his model.
