St. Luke’s vision is: a city transformed by the love of Jesus.

One way to do that is by ensuring that more people have access to safe, affordable housing…and we can do that with Habitat for Humanity!

For many in our city, the barriers to homeownership feel insurmountable. By partnering with Houston’s Habitat for Humanity, we can provide support and encouragement to individuals and families as they overcome these barriers and achieve new strength, stability, and self-reliance and a space they can be proud to own and to call home.

Our house build will be built in Robins Landing, Habitat’s new 127 acre affordable master-planned community in East Houston on Tidwell Road.

    • Robins Landing will include 468 single-family homes, 500 multi-family and senior units as well as a Legacy Community Health Clinic, a Houston Public Library Branch, a 12 Acre Park, a Neighborhood Resilience Hub, Child Care, Hike and Bike Trails, and more.
    • Robins Landing is the first complete community in the nation developed by a Habitat organization and, in addition to providing the safe, secure and affordable housing that Habitat is known for, will also create community economic development, provide opportunities for increasing financial stability, promote healthy active lifestyles and community social connection, and transform Houston Habitat from homebuilder to community builder.
